Profiling and action planning

Achieve an individualised and successful journey into work for clients

This course will demonstrate why profiling and action planning are key to ensuring the support we offer to people is individualised, efficient and effective. You’ll find out how profiling methods should be inclusive and should create a positive experience for the individuals you are helping.

Good questioning and interviewing skills are vital in ensuring you gather the right information to inform the approach taken, supporting them into their desired outcome. Action planning should be collaborative and engaging, helping to drive the individual’s progress in their chosen direction.
