This course will help participants to understand the tools and techniques used by supported employment services to ensure individuals get the right job, and employers get the right employees. 

We use the place, train, maintain and fade model as the best-practice approach to secure sustainable employment.

Our supported employment training programmes are delivered by our sister organisation, Remploy, which specialises in helping both employers and employees to develop the knowledge, confidence and capacity to effectively support colleagues and individuals with a disability or health condition.

All the training is delivered by a team of experienced consultants, who have extensive knowledge and a practical understanding of workplace issues.
