Engaging with employers to adjust recruitment processes can help people to secure sustainable employment.

It can create opportunities to fit the skills, strengths and needs of individual candidates - as well as enabling employers to fully utilise their abilities.

Traditional recruitment methods are not suitable for everyone, and it is not easy to find the right job for some candidates.

This course will provide delegates with the skills and knowledge to be able to support individuals to secure the right job opportunity, prepare for work and to be successful in their role.

Our supported employment training programmes are delivered by our sister organisation, Remploy, which specialises in helping both employers and employees to develop the knowledge, confidence and capacity to effectively support colleagues and individuals with a disability or health condition.

All the training is delivered by a team of experienced consultants, who have extensive knowledge and a practical understanding of workplace issues.

The course has been developed by qualified training designers, in line with the Training Accreditation Programme methodology.
