Suicide First Aid Lite

A half-day course teaching the theory and practice of suicide intervention skills


The skills taught in this convenient three-hour “lite” session can be applied in any professional or personal setting – and the programme is officially accredited by Suicide First Aid Qualifications. 

We use the most experienced suicide-prevention trainers to deliver this unique learning experience, which is intended for anyone who seeks greater understanding and confidence to intervene with people at risk of suicide. 

The information in this course is easy for people of all skill levels or no prior knowledge of the subject to grasp and could be used as a forerunner to the one-day Suicide First Aid course.
