Disability Confident accreditation

Disability Confident is a gold standard for employers, showing that you are committed to including and supporting disabled people in your organisation.

Developed by employers and representatives of disabled people, in many sectors it is now a compulsory procurement requirement for organisations to have Disability Confident Employer or Disability Confident Leader status. 

We help organisations attain Disability Confident accreditation at both Level 2 (Employer) and Level 3 (Leader).

At Disability Confident Level 2 (Employer), you will need to assess your business around how you attract disabled people to your organisation, and how you keep and develop them over time.

Our disability experts will conduct a full review of your Disability Confident self-assessment, provide good practice guidance, identify areas for development and provide sign-off from our ambassadors, who have lived experience of disability within the workplace.  

At Disability Confident Level 3 (Leader), you will commit to acting as a champion for disability inclusion within your community, supply chain and networks. Leader status shows you are serious about leading the way on disability in the workplace and helping other organisations become disability confident. 

We will analyse your current status (e.g. through mystery shopping and staff surveys); provide a detailed review of your policies, processes and procedures; conduct gap analysis and identify changes that need to be made; as well providing good practice guidance and sign-off from our disability ambassadors.
