Experience and expertise: Part of the senior leadership team at Heath Management, Ian manages our operational delivery and is responsible for budgetary delivery.
He is helping to define our governance for transformation programmes and works with business development teams to facilitate the operational aspect of new bids. He is also helping to define and review service provision for divisional delivery.
Ian works with teams to improve delivery through change programmes and business improvement — ensuring that divisions are well structured, have good processes and a positive culture to deliver for clients.
He has previously worked as Chief Operating Officer in our Employability division, and prior to joining Health Management he held director-level roles at a number of organisations.

Experience and expertise: Kevin is our lead occupational health clinician, and will be responsible for providing medical oversight, leadership, and expertise to support the company vision of becoming a broader integrated health provider.
Prior to joining Health Management, Kevin served for 21 years in the British Army — as a Regimental Medical Officer, GP, and Consultant Occupational Physician.
After leaving the Army in 2019, he worked as Medical Director for a global health provider, setting up and running medical facilities in remote and challenging environments.
Kevin also has extensive experience in clinical delivery, leadership, medical planning and policy development — in the UK and overseas.
In his spare time, Kevin likes spending time outdoors, meditation and playing the guitar.

Experience and expertise: Tom heads the business development function at Health Management, leading our sales directors and bid management team to achieve revenue targets.
He will also work closely with our relationship managers to ensure that we have a strong focus on clients, putting them at the heart of everything we do and making his team the voice of the customer internally.
Tom builds true business partnerships throughout our customer base and his experience in creating and managing high-performing teams ensures the development of mutually beneficial business solutions.
Prior to joining us, Tom was Head of Commercial Services at Iron Mountain - and prior to that had senior sales roles with Heineken and Nestle.
Tom has a degree in Management Science from Cardiff University.
He is a keen golfer with a scratch handicap and follows Hibernian Football Club.
Experience and expertise: Neil provides high-quality finance and commercial support to the business, and has overall responsibility for financial management across the division.
He is the custodian of financial governance for the organisation, including audit requirements, adherence to internal policies, statutory and legal requirements.
Prior to joining Health Management in 2016, Neil spent 14 years in finance across various sectors: Healthcare, financial services, media, communications and construction.

Experience and expertise: As our Primary Care Medical Director, Dr Feizal holds overall responsibility for the clinical governance and management of our primary care team.
He supports our client services managers with client queries and advises on current and new services. He is also involved in establishing new services for primary care and clients.
Dr Feizal graduated with merit from the University of Natal, South Africa, and went on to work at the King Edward VIII Hospital - a renowned teaching hospital - gaining experience in obstetrics and gynaecology, internal medicine, general surgery, psychiatry, paediatrics and anaesthetics before obtaining the Diploma in Anaesthetics in 1989.
He has worked as a GP in South Africa and Saudi Arabia and has been working full-time as a private GP in the City of London since 2011. He joined Health Management in 2015.

Experience and expertise: Lisa provides clinical leadership to a team of occupational health physicians, advising on ill health retirement and supporting the business in developing services delivered to clients in respect of pensions medicine.
She acts as Lead Scheme Medical Adviser to a wide range of pension schemes and as Chief Medical Officer for a number of occupational health clients who require specialist ill health retirement and/or income protection advice.
Lisa has more than 25 years of experience in occupational health, in the private and public sectors, working in both in-house and out-sourced services. Prior to embarking on specialist training in occupational medicine, she worked as a GP.
She brings a depth of understanding and experience of ill health retirement assessment under both private and public sector pension schemes. She has the ability to work closely with clients to identify and respond to their specific needs, proactively identifying opportunities for process improvements.
Lisa and her team of occupational health physicians provide high quality, consistent and fair advice, supported by appropriate training and auditing of clinicians to reduce the risk of any adverse consequences or criticism through the Pensions Ombudsman.
Other appointments or memberships: Lisa is a Fellow of the Royal College of Physicians and a Fellow of the Faculty of Occupational Medicine. She also achieved Membership of the Royal College of General Practitioners in 1992. She was formerly a member of the Board and subsequently Registrar (deputy president) of the Faculty of Occupational Medicine.
Experience and expertise: Alana’s role is to lead and support clinical delivery teams, operational departments and account management teams across Health Management, working to ensure high-quality performance and service for our clients.
As a senior operational leader, Alana works closely with stakeholders including CMOs, heads of procurement, HR directors, project managers, delivery leads and heads of departments. She covers multiple industry sectors, working in partnership and building strategic relationships to help businesses shape and deliver service models.
Alana has a military background, having spent 11 years in the Royal Navy - leading medical teams in often high-pressure hostile environments. She is a registered nurse who has specialised in advanced trauma.
After leaving the Navy, she moved into a corporate role - and has led award-winning clinical and non-clinical teams, also covering operational delivery and sales.
Alana has a proven performance focus and, as a clinician, a strong commitment to clinical quality and seamless customer service. An experienced senior manager and leader across a range of environments, she is able to engage stakeholders to create strong client relationships and deliver the best-possible service.

She has experience across a wide range of business sectors – and takes the time to build relationships and gain understanding of the unique requirements and objectives of the clients she supports.
Prior to joining Health Management in January 2017, Amie gained 13 years’ experience in client-facing roles - including management of sales and customer service teams and business development.
Experience and expertise: Alex’s role is to lead and support clinical delivery teams, operational departments and account management teams across Health Management, working to ensure high-quality performance and service for our clients.
As a senior operational leader, Alex works closely with stakeholders including CMOs, heads of procurement, HR directors, project managers, delivery leads and heads of departments. She covers multiple industry sectors, working in partnership and building strategic relationships to help businesses shape and deliver service models.
Alex is an accomplished senior operational leader, with more than 25 years’ experience within global organisations - working across operational delivery, business development and account management.
She brings a wealth of experience in managing complex operations, both in the UK and globally – and she specialises in change management, organisational development, operational solutions, service delivery and senior stakeholder management.

Experience and expertise: Victoria has account management responsibility for key clients - overseeing escalations, undertaking review meetings and identifying opportunities to provide clients with insight into all available products and services to enhance their existing contract provision.
With experience in a variety of sectors, she is able to relate to clients’ business challenges - understanding and empathising with broader commercial issues to create a partnership approach.
Her background in sales and marketing provides an ability to identify, introduce and implement opportunities to further support her clients, while her tenacity ensures that she resolves any queries and/or escalations swiftly to ensure client satisfaction.
Prior to joining us, Victoria ran events and marketing businesses for 11 years, working with a variety of clients from start-ups to medium-sized organisations - providing coaching, mentoring, business advice and marketing.
She has also previously worked in recruitment and operations management, leisure, health and safety, construction, telecommunications and in training.
Outside of work, Victoria enjoys the outdoors, dog walks and reading Peter James novels.
