Rich works as the Health Management Recruitment Manager and is responsible for ensuring the company’s staffing needs are met. He works closely with the business to translate resourcing requirements into effective recruitment plans, managing all stages of the process.

Rich joined the company in 2015 and has helped to ensure Health Management is able to continue to attract the best talent to help the business grow and succeed.

Before joining Health Management, Rich worked in Human Resources/Recruitment for large organisations in both the public and private sector, and has successfully recruited for multi disciplinary roles across a number of industries.
