Paul currently serves as Operations Manager of an on-site team directly serving one of our largest clients. He is responsible for ensuring that all aspects of the core Occupational Health service are delivered with efficiency and to the highest possible standard. With more than 25 years of experience in customer service and operations roles, Paul’s drive for service excellence and continuous improvement has played a key role in the success of this contract.
Before joining Health Management in 2014, Paul worked as a Contracts Manager for Help-Link overseeing their boiler service and breakdown operation across the UK. Prior to that, Paul spent a number of years in the insurance industry, primarily in roles associated with household claims.
